Hi, my name is Robert Hatfield
I am an InterNACHI Certified and New Mexico Licensed Home Inspector with over Four years of experience as a home inspector and Nine years in environmental inspections. Environmental inspections and testing (mold, asbestos, lead based paint) provided a logical jumping off point into home inspections for me, as they both help provide essential information regarding the safety and health of the home. I fully understand the stress the homebuyer is under during the purchase process and my goal is to make the home inspection portion as stress-free as possible letting you concentrate on the other aspects demanding your attention.

Unchecked indoor mold can damage the home's structure, cause wood rot, and ruin drywall. Moreover, it poses health risks. A professional mold test begins with a thorough property inspection, investigating signs of water intrusion and collecting samples for lab analysis.

Infrared Thermal Imaging Inspection
I use an advanced infrared camera to uncover hidden issues. It translates heat signatures into colors, revealing energy loss, moisture intrusion, electrical hot spots, pests, and flue leaks.

Water Quality Testing
Let me test your potable water supply, especially if your property has a private well, cistern or septic system. I will check it for coliform and other harmful bacteria, which can endanger your family’s health.
